This place is perfect (on a quiet day) if you wanna listen to, watch and take photos of birds and the jungle-like landscape!
I visited on 15.03.2023 and there weren't many blossoms but it was still beautiful.
If you're scared of spiders like me, I recommend having someone with you that can walk through all the webs before you do 😂.
A steep little garden 🪴🌳🦃 tucked away on a quiet road in Hornsby. There’s limited parking outside, you could probably fit 5-6 cars and that’s with a lot of skill 😩🚗 We didn’t see too many flowers in winter and some places were closed off despite it already being a small garden. Probably a better place for locals to take the kids for some nature rather than coming out of your way to visit.
A lovely garden in the Hornsby area.
This garden also connected with some walking track to do bushwalking session, hence you could spend the whole day exploring its surrounding area too.
Well maintained and refreshing to explore.
Parking is off the street which can be a challenging during the peak hours.
Lovely place to visit, walk around or just sit.
Note: the inclinator is not readily accessible to able-bodied persons.
You need to contact a Gardens person in order to make use of it and even then you have to have a physical need to use it.
This restriction doesn't really encourage older people to visit..they can make it down by foot but might struggle on the return ascent.
Neat tidy gardens.
Pretty flower beds.
Nice little garden. Good for short walk or family picnic.
Not much to see but still nice area 🌸 …
This is a relaxing hidden gem, tucked inside Hornsby suburbia. It's just a few minutes drive from the main street but feels like a trip to another world, with water features, a wide array of botanical species, mossy rock formations, natural light, lizards and koi. It's an easy walk, has wheelchair access via an inclinator, and is suitable for exploring with the kids. The temperature drop makes it a great escape from the heat of summer days.
A beautiful oasis tucked in the heart of Hornsby. Certainly come here when it's in bloom.
Bigger than we expected! Very well maintained garden with nice opportunity to walk through wild forest
